forces you to stay down when hitting the golf ball!
Many players grasp the concept of hitting down only to find the muscles have
other ideas. I discovered that many players hit great shots when they are in the
trees, simply because they had to swing under a branch. If they came up
prematurely they would have hit the branch and spoiled the shot.
I then started holding out a club on the teaching tee, telling students to
hit the ball and not hit my club on the way up. It worked! I then built a
prototype of the "DNT" and it too worked! A part of my teaching for years
now, it made sense to offer the DNT to my virtual students... those who have
